Cancellation and Policy for Kayak Rental:

Please read all the information below before filling out rental request form

  1. Deposit and Scheduling: A deposit is due at the time of scheduling to secure your kayak rental. The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process.
  2. Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your kayak rental, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. In such cases, your deposit will be refunded, minus any applicable processing fees.
  3. Cancellation by Rental Company: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your kayak trip due to adverse weather conditions, wildfire risks, or unsafe water conditions. In such cases, we prioritize your safety and will offer alternatives or a full refund of your deposit.
  4. No Intoxication or Impairment: It is strictly prohibited to operate a kayak while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other impairing substances. If a renter is found to be intoxicated or impaired, we reserve the right to cancel the rental without a refund.
  5. Life Jacket Requirement: For your safety, all renters must wear a properly fitted life jacket or personal flotation device (PFD) throughout the duration of the rental. Failure to comply with this rule may result in cancellation of the rental without a refund.
  6. Changes or Rescheduling: If you need to make changes to your reservation or reschedule your kayak rental, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
  7. Refund Process: If a cancellation qualifies for a refund, it will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Please note that any applicable processing fees or deductions will be clearly communicated during the refund process.

We highly recommend reviewing the rental agreement and safety guidelines provided by the rental company before your scheduled trip. Following the rules and regulations ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

    After submitting the form, you will be emailed a confirmation of your chosen date and time, along with a deposit link. Please note that a deposit is required to secure your selected date and time. All payments are due upon drop-off. If you do not have cash, please make payment arrangements in advance, as some locations may not have cell service for phone payments.

    After your trip is approved and email will be send with information for deposit payment.
